The world of SATs. I thought I was done with you.
Alas. Thus is not the case.
Apparently, I now have to take an SAT II, or an ACT. Now, this wouldn't normally both ALL that much. However upon some thought, it does. I;m applying pretty exclusively to art schools (aka RISD and MICA) which only require SAT I tests...if at all. I am also, however, applying to Boston University, a school that I feel obligated to apply to because of my mother's professorial position there, and my brother's attendance there....aka: legacy + professor = major financial reduction. However, I personally don't have a great deal of desire to go to Boston University. To be admitted to BU, you have to have both SATs and ACTs, which is simply annoying. I thought I was done....and now I have a month to train myself for that 6 hour marathon of a test....
This is where the problem comes in: I am doing something I don't want to do, for a place I don't want to go to.
I think its FABULOUS...

Super sympathy for the BU part, but why do you have to take the ACTs??
Does that clarify it?
